Shelia Sheckles, the Founder and CEO of SistaMoon Foundation for Devic’s Disease, has ultimate authority to use contributions made to the foundation at her discretion. SistaMoon Foundation is eiligible for tax exemption under section 501(c)(3). Exemption status is currently Pending. Therefore, contributions to the SistaMoon Foundation are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes at this time.

The SistaMoon Foundation is not in partnership with any other organizations, associations with respect to fund raising, However, we do provide links to other support groups and infromational web sites. No one other than the Founder and CEO has authorization to accept offers from individuals to fund rasie on behalf of the SistaMoon Foundation.
