Shelia Sheckles, the Founder and CEO of SistaMoon Foundation for Devic’s Disease, has ultimate authority to use contributions made to the foundation at her discretion. SistaMoon Foundation is eligible for tax exemption under section 501(c)(3). Exemption status is currently Pending. Therefore, contributions to the SistaMoon Foundation are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes at this time.
For Donations, by Checks or Money Orders Please send an email stating that you wish to pay using this method and an address will be provided for you.
